Welcome to APMS Networks. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our corporate website, custom software installations, cloud hosting environments, SaaS subscriptions, and professional IT consulting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

APMS Networks designs, develops, deploys, and maintains custom software packages (including ERP, CRM, and SaaS web apps) for businesses and MSMEs. All deliverables are built according to agreed specifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any standard product offering at our discretion.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment

Certain products and hosting plans operate on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription base. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan in a timely manner. Non-payment within the grace period may lead to temporary suspension or deletion of host nodes and application access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our servers, SaaS infrastructure, and custom apps must not be used for any unlawful actions, distribution of malicious scripts, spamming, or hosting copyright-infringing assets. Any breach of this clause will lead to immediate account termination.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly outlined in a custom development agreement, the design systems, source code, backend framework architectures, and custom workflows created by APMS Networks remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deployed apps for their standard business actions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall APMS Networks be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business loss, database corruption, or system downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use our systems.
